I wanted to share my recent experience working with a stylist for my family photo shoot!

Meet Jen D Style & hear about a day spent with her in my closet!

My worst fear.. picking out an outfit for myself.. and now having to choose outfits for my whole family. UGH. Then I remember that I have connections with a local stylist! YES Kayla, great idea! Let’s get in touch with Jen and see if she is available.

From the first point of contact Jen was amazing to work with, making me feel at ease with my decision to out source my struggles to a professional. She took the time to get to know me using Pinterest boards with my ideal styles, questionnaires and in person chats!

Jen came to my home and helped me sort through my closets in search of the perfect outfits. AND did she ever nail it! I felt so comfortable and was happy that she was able to capture the laid back vibe that I was going for. We weren’t too matchy matchy & all my worries leading up to the shoot were now gone!

I was spoiled once again working with some amazing women getting all fancied up! First I got my hair done by Chelsey at Evolution Salon and my make up by Pam at HP Artistry Makeup & Lashes. I had won the photoshoot experience though HP Artistry by entering an AMAZING instagram contest they had going on!

Carissa was the sweetest, kindest soul and we felt so comfortable having her in our home. She did such an amazing job capturing our family and was so patient with my son... & my husband haha.
