Owner
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta — where I still proudly call home — I bought this business while starting my career as a commercial real estate agent and feeling very much in the middle of a big boys’ club. Being part of the YBB Community made a meaningful difference, both personally and professionally. I went to my first event in May 2023, owned it by October 2023, and never looked back.
Alongside running YBB, I serve as the VP of Operations at a publicly traded financial company and continue to hold both my residential and commercial real estate licenses. I like to say I’m married to the hustle, and my work is fueled by curiosity, ambition, and a drive to create meaningful impact. Outside of work, my world is filled with political commentary, two energetic Havense puppies — Willow and Olivia — and a deep passion for creating spaces where Canadian entrepreneurs can unite.
Over the last two years, we’ve focused on building this community with intention—expanding our offerings, ensuring accessibility, and creating value for every member. Our community represents a diverse range of women from across Canada, and my vision is to unite women entrepreneurs nationwide through collaboration, connection, and shared leadership.
I’m committed to continuing this momentum by listening to member needs, evolving our programming, and cultivating environments where every voice is heard and every idea is valued. At the heart of this work are the people who show up—their ideas, their questions, and their courage to take action. Together, we’re building something unique and powerful.

When I first started my business in Edmonton back in 2017, like many new entrepreneurs, I was searching for connection, guidance, and a sense of community. That’s when I found YBB—and I’ve been part of it ever since.
Since starting out, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside YBB, both professionally and personally, and am incredibly grateful for the people I’ve met, the friends I’ve made, and the countless doors that have opened because of the connections formed here. What started as a way to find support quickly became one of the most meaningful parts of my entrepreneurial journey.
Today, I run Etched In Marketing, a marketing boutique agency that helps small business owners simplify their online presence with intentional content strategy, website design, and video creation. I’m passionate about helping others show up confidently and consistently, without the overwhelm.
Being a part of this community has shaped the way I collaborate, connect, and grow in business. Whether I’m building strategy or brainstorming content at my favourite local cafe (coffee in hand, of course), I’m always inspired by the creativity and energy of the women in this community. I'm proud to be part of a network that continues to champion collaboration over competition.
