Secret Ingredient YEG (SIYEG) offers Culinary Experiences that bring the flavours of the world to your kitchen. We provide socially conscious cooking classes and pop up-dinners, showcasing the amazing women, and ‘hidden’ food scene we have here in Edmonton.
Our experiences are led exclusively by local women skilled in preparing food connected to their culture and heritage- whether it’s family recipes passed down for generations or their own special and delicious creations- our instructors know good food! We provide insights into the culture behind the food- the spices, customary tips and tricks, and local spots to source non mainstream ingredients.
