Andrea Troughton is a Holistic Health & Fitness Coach, Author, and Martial Artist who supports women in strengthening their connection to their bodies through trauma-informed, body-neutral coaching. With more than a decade of experience across multiple disciplines—including dance, bodybuilding, yoga, group exercise, personal training, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and somatic healing—Andrea brings a comprehensive, multidimensional approach to wellness.
Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the understanding that self-care is not one-size-fits-all, and that meaningful wellness comes from a combination of practices that honour each persons individuality, capacity, and lived experience. Andrea’s work integrates Joyful Movement, Mindful Eating, Habitual Self-Care, and Somatic principles, allowing her to tailor trauma-informed support to the diverse needs of her clients with one-on-one coaching, small group coaching, and community workshops.
