Join us at this unique outdoor event at Edmonton's Castrol Raceway (minutes south of Edmonton) courtesy of GINGA NINJA DIRT PROMOTIONS! Your choice to enjoy General Grandstand Seating or upgrade your ticket to Reserved VIP SKYBOX seating & enjoy an evening of dirt track oval racing, including the NSA 360 Sprint Car Tour. This is an open mixer, anyone interested in attending are welcome! This unique Girls Night Out experience is a one time offer this summer! Feel like sharing the evening with a guy friend or date? We encourage any YEGBOSSBABES to bring friends and family members to this unique outdoor event supporting local businesses. Not a YEGBOSSBABE? Event Itinerary
An informal Mixer will be occurring between 6-7 PM at the Beer Gardens located on the concourse behind the grandstands. Note that your ticket does not include drinks or food.
Dirt Oval Racing begins at 7PM! Our team will be seated in grandstands and skyboxes at 7PM to ensure no-one misses the show; however, feel free to socialize with other attendees between the grandstands and beer gardens as you wish!
At the end of the night, once racing has completed, meet us at the bottom of the flagstand next to the race track to walk over to the pits! There, you can meet Race Car Drivers and their crews and see their race cars close up. Last year, we had attendees sitting in these cars! It was a blast and hope you stay until the end to make the most of your night at the Dirt Oval Racetrack!
What To Bring
Bring some cash if you choose to spend on food and drink! Please plan ahead a ride if you are drinking alcohol at the facility. ATM Machine is available on site.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET HOLDERS: Note that you are sitting in grandstands that are not under cover from the elements or padded. We recommend bringing a blanket to sit on and layers to wear once the sun goes down and the temperatures dip!
VIP SKYBOX TICKET HOLDERS: Your seating is under cover from the elements. We do recommend to being layers to wear once the sun goes down and the temperatures dip!
Clothing Tips:
Sunglasses, Hats, Shoes you don't mind getting a little dirt on (potentially). This Mixer is ALL ABOUT casual outdoor comfort! If you were to ask us what the dress code is, it is casual and comfortable for outdoors!
