Kalin Herbach: "Hi, I'm Kalin! My goal as a Registered Dietitian is to help people enjoy their life, and spend less time worrying about food and their bodies. In my practice, I embrace a paradigm called Health at Every Size (HAES). I strive to provide care that is free from judgement or bias, while encouraging you to find connection, joy and satisfaction in your relationship with food. I strongly believe that every human is inherently worthy, and want to support you in developing a self care routine that is rooted in this belief."
