I am a Registered Social Worker with over 22 years experience working with seniors and their families. I have a passion for helping seniors and support family caregivers throughout the marathon of caring for a loved one. I want caregivers to be the best version of themselves while being dedicated to their loved one. My years as an experienced social worker goes beyond my professional expertise. I am deeply committed to fostering meaningful connections with seniors and their family caregivers, building trust and providing a supportive presence throughout their journey, while consistently striving to enhance their overall well-being.
I have worked in different types of seniors residences, and have extensive community development experience creating community programs and services to support seniors and their families. I have also worked with all levels of government advocating for seniors' needs.
I was born and raised in Edmonton. I have two grown daughters. I became a grandma to my first grandchild. I live with my partner, our 3 cats and our dog, Buddy. I have always been a huge Oilers fan and I love spending time at our lake lot in the summer months.

In my experience in the financial industry, there’s nothing quite as restrictive as feeling like you’re perpetually “just getting by.”
In my experience in the financial industry, there’s nothing quite as restrictive as feeling like you’re perpetually “just getting by.” Guilt, envy, pressure, fear, helplessness—these are feelings so many of us experiences when it comes to money, but we rarely acknowledge or explore them. It’s easy to feel like you’re missing out on the good stuff in life or being left behind.
